I believe that every story has the power to change lives. My passion for Narrative Therapy began when I saw how storytelling can lead to real transformation. As a Pastoral Narrative Therapist, I focus on helping people who feel stuck, confused, or unhappy. I want to guide you toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

My approach is simple and personal. I use the principles of Dream, Believe, Love, and Create to help you explore who you are. Together, we will look at your values and beliefs in a safe and supportive space. My goal is to empower you to embrace your true self and rewrite your story in a way that feels authentic to you.

Together, we will examine the narratives that have shaped your life so far and gently challenge those that no longer serve you. My approach is collaborative and empowering. I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to support you in embracing your authentic self and co-creating a future that aligns with your deepest hopes and aspirations.

Throughout my journey, I have seen many individuals turn their struggles into strengths. It is inspiring to witness how self-awareness and confidence can lead to resilience and clarity of purpose. I aim to provide therapy, training and coaching that fosters real change in your life.

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy journaling by the ocean or trying out new creative activities. These moments recharge me and inspire me to bring creativity and compassion into my work.

Are you ready to take charge of your own story? Let’s embark on this journey together. As Desmond Tutu once said, “Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.”  He reminded us that hope is seeing light even in darkness. This idea encourages us to find glimmers of hope and possibility, no matter how challenging life may seem. Together, we can uncover that light within your story and create a narrative of hope, growth, and possibility.
