My name is Cezanne Jacobs, and I am passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover hope in their stories. I am currently a third years (supervision student) Pastoral Narrative Therapy student through Coram Deo, where I am developing skills to support individuals and families in a compassionate and respectful way.
I believe that every person carries a unique story filled with strength, resilience, and meaning. Through a narrative approach, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where people can reflect on their experiences, explore new perspectives, and reconnect with their values and hopes for the future.
My heart is to help people feel heard, understood, and supported as they work through the
seasons of life. I value kindness, authenticity, and meaningful connection in the work that I do, and I believe that healing often begins when people are given space to share their story.
