Annelize de Jong
My name is Annelize, I am a member of Signo Professional Association and have signed a SignoPro ethics code of conduct in the interest of my clients and my growth as a practitioner.

The journeys we are on keep on presenting surprising opportunities … I never stop believing in miracles.
I have a heart for enabling people to take ownership of their life stories and to help people work towards their life goals. After a corporate career of 25 years where I experienced that the business’s goals mostly superseded personal and life goals, I want to dedicate myself to the endeavor of so many people to return to humanity in the face of work/life stresses and challenges.
I also see teenagers are, especially during the COVID-pandemic where technology and human interaction have become more intertwined than ever, presented with more and different challenges and opportunities to harness than during any other time in history.
I respect and learn from and with people in all circumstances: being human is a rich and multidimensional story – sometimes it can be scary and overwhelming. I stand in God’s service, as a human being, as I am.
In 2020 I completed the Advanced Course In Narrative Pastoral Counselling through the University of Pretoria and Coram Deo. In November 2021 I submitted the portfolio of evidence of practical work to meet the practical supervision year requirements.
I look forward to embarking on a journey with each client to uncover surprising opportunities and to discover more about who we are.
