My Name is Zanele Mabunda currently residing in Witbank ,Emalahleni working for a reputable company as an HRD Facilitator also affiliated under different ministries. My greatest believe is that everyone is born with what ” They need ” to be 1.What they need to be 2.Called to be 3. And/or born to be .
My passion is motivating individuals to unleash the ability they are born with to achieve goals set by them or for them.
I embark on a journey together with the individual or a group , a journey of self-fulfillment, using different tools to make sure an individual arrives at the point where they believe in themselves and comprehend the fact that they have potential to achieve any goal.
Once the comprehension of being able to reach any goals has been achieved. The focus will be on training ,development, coaching, mentoring and other learning tools to achieve goals set.
I take every goal personal as every goal that is achieved by individual or a group it means I have succeeded as much as every failure is my failure which is not an option .
I have a strong believe that every individual has been born with a success story. I walk with the individual or a group to make sure every story is written and published by means of reaching all goals set through my contribution .My greatest satisfaction in being a coach and a mentor I believe I’m paying tribute to all people who believed in me to be where I am,by giving back exactly what they gave me by’’ believing in other people”.
