I work with individuals and groups as a Narrative Counsellor |  Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach |  Integral Coach  |  Facilitator |  Professional Speaker

As a Learning Professional and a qualified Integral Coach through The UCT Centre for Coaching (affiliated to New Ventures West University in San Francisco), my skills and expertise can assist clients to identify their “stuck” stories or developmental gaps and help them to co-author their preferred career, business and life stories.

In addition as a qualified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach I can help individuals and teams to explore unique qualities, strengths and talents that they can leverage in their personal and professional lived experiences.

While completing my Coaching practical’s, I discovered that some clients were also deeply affected by the debilitating and sometimes destructive effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse (financial, emotional, sexual, physical), substance and behavioural addictions and relationship challenges.  In a quest to offer these clients a narrative counselling approach I signed up for the Corem Deo Advanced Diploma in Narrative Pastoral Counselling, which I qualified for in July 2024.

My practical supervision under the guidance of Corem Deo’s Dr Jo Viljoen and Hanlie Boshoff kicksoff in 2024.    I am passionate about assisting families who are negatively impacted by substance abuse, specifically where it pertains to teenagers.  Since February 2024 I have been leading the Family Care Weekly group at Simcha Recovery under Dr Jo’s leadership.  Prior to that I served five years (2015-2020)  leading the Mighty Wings Supporter’s Programme under the leadership of Carol Keyser.

On a personal note I love spending time in nature, and regularly rejuvenate in the bush, at the sea and hiking in the mountains.

My Christian ethos reminds me that I am a treasured child of God who is called, appointed, anointed, equipped and guided by the power and Spirit of God that works within me!
